I'm an old retired guy in Maine who the Lord has blessed far more than I deserve. After 35 yrs of living and working in Michigan, my wonderful wife and I moved to Livermore Falls in western Maine in 2021. We to live there with her sister along the Androscoggin River, enjoying the beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and the company of the warm and friendly people of Maine. Since then I've taken time (here and there) to write down some older songs I've written over the years; and to add some new ones too. I hope you enjoy them.

I have been singing in church choirs my entire life (well almost). My mother was a church organist and the children's choir director so participation was mandatory from an early age! Since the early 1970's I've played guitar (and occasionally violin or string bass) in church "bands" and impromptu instrumental ensembles for many different kinds/styles of worship gatherings: charismatic prayer meetings, Roman Catholic masses, Lutheran liturgies, Taize-style prayer meetings, and these days at our local Methodist and ecumenical services. In every worship setting, and even more so in private prayer, I believe that the highest purpose of music in christian life and worship is not to entertain, or instruct or to "set the tone" for preaching/teaching, but is to entrain our hearts in the movement and presence of God's Spirit. And so in that sense... any song that helps bring your mind into an awareness of God's presence can be a "Processional Psalm. "
